Twelve thousand missionaries quit every year and go home for reasons that are avoidable. The primary cause, in one form or another, is a loss of heart. The God of hope longs to fill his servants with all joy and peace in believing, that they may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). Paracletos exists to help missionaries hang onto hope and bypass unnecessary attrition.
Paracletos seeks to mobilize and equip God's people to be a channel of hope to those who serve where there is no pastor. We offer training in caring for the souls of missionaries. We also offer spiritual refreshment to missionaries through hospitality at our retreat-style home and through visits on the field. Together we can help reduce the number of those who quit because of a loss of heart.
